Brooks Hotel Dublin

We absolutely loved our stay at this fantastic hotel in the heart of a lively area in central Dublin. The location couldn't have been better - it was right on an outside wall over the alley, which allowed us to easily explore all the great attractions nearby. The room was small, but it was expected since we booked a small room. Nevertheless, the bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was exceptionally clean. We were pleased with the great service provided by the friendly and helpful staff, especially Claire the receptionist, who looked after us so well. The highlight of our stay was the residents lounge, which was the most lovely place to relax after a busy day in bustling Dublin. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

We highly recommend this hotel to others looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay in Dublin.

Your location and excellent attention of the Spanish-speaking staff

Super expensive unemployment what the hotel offers. If it is clean but quality price this hotel is failed. When I went to the restaurant they didn't give me the dinner menu because it was 20 minutes away and that made me feel bad. The bathroom looks old. The hotel rooms all have a bathtub

hotel is located quite central, actually almost everything is within walking distance. hotel is tidy and clean in total but in no point out- or outstanding. for me a reasonable, average hotel - but i have no comparison to other hotels in dublin.

more than 350€ for a rather small, noisy room facing the street is already a word - apparently the property prices are even crazier than elsewhere. i had actually asked for a quiet room, apparently such a thing is only available in the luxury category. towards the street it gets a little more noisy, if you like to sleep with an open window. window also could not be closed properly, this was quickly corrected. for the price i had expected a little more "ambience".

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely hotel with a great location. The staff were friendly and gave excellent advice on where to eat and drink. The breakfast selection was delicious and the rooms were spacious and clean. The shower in my deluxe room was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

The average breakfast

Delightful, tastefully decorated rooms with a unique style. Superb location for easy access to city sights. Quiet rooms with no disturbance. Spacious and comfortable beds. Highly recommended for a city break.

Felt like a home away from home, with attentive and friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble.

The little details of attention to the customer, like the little chocolates in the evening on the pillows ! And the courtesy and kindness of all the staff. Not to mention the elegance of the whole.

I recently stayed at a charming boutique hotel in a great location. The staff, especially Conner the chief concierge, were incredibly helpful and friendly. The beds were extremely comfortable and they even had a "pillow bar" for the perfect pillow. I was upgraded to a huge room for free and they even provided a complimentary cell phone for calls and Google maps. The variety and quality of breakfast offerings were fantastic, and the hotel had a lovely pianist playing during dinner.

I do recommend this hotel.

Ideal location in the centre of town; attentive staff; good size and very clean room. Perfect breakfast with a choice of hot dishes (eggs or pancakes) à la carte. Cosy bar area.

The hotel has a great location in the center of this historic city. I was able to walk to most attractions and easily hop on the Hop on Hop off bus. Breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the room was well-appointed and clean.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location was fantastic and we felt very safe walking around. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection. The best part was definitely the friendly and welcoming staff who went out of their way to make our stay perfect.

The breakfast staff seemed a bit inattentive and there was a noticeable sewerage odor in the hotel foyer. However, this may be a problem in the surrounding area as another nearby hotel had the same issue.

Easy to find, overlooking the city. Room with wardrobe, flat TV, telephone, heating, set of coffees and teas, mini bar, safe, desk. Bathroom with bath, towels, bath products. Very friendly and attentive staff. Good wifi signal.

The shower head is fixed, the water coming out is either hot or cold.

The poor breakfast

The staff at the hotel were amazing, always friendly and willing to help. the location couldn't have been better, with everything within walking distance, including great restaurants and attractions. the rooms were comfortable and clean, with nice amenities.

The shower in the room was a bit dangerous as it was slippery without a mat. It would have been nice if there were more options for tea in the room.

The location is ideal in the centre of Dublin close to all activities. Numerous bars and restaurants nearby. Luxurious hotel, very quiet for resting.

The establishment could not take my VISA card first, technical problem. Seems to be a recurring problem with the VISA network. So this problem does not seem to come directly from the hotel.

I had a great time here. The location is perfect, surrounded by loads of great attractions. Also, the service is fantastic, especially the receptionist Claire who looked after me really well. Finally, the room was really comfortable and well-stocked, with loads of great amenities.
